These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jilibe platform. By registering an account or using any jilibe service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: jilibe is an online gaming and entertainment platform. Real-money gambling carries inherent financial risk. Access to jilibe is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above as required under Philippine gaming regulations. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and all other eligibility conditions set out below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilibe ("jilibe", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilibe.org. By accessing the jilibe website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jilibe, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.

To register and maintain an account with jilibe, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
jilibe reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during account registration, before processing withdrawals, or following any activity that raises a compliance concern. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jilibe platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information, mobile numbers, email addresses, GCash wallets, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
When registering your jilibe account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jilibe will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure.
jilibe implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys ID) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Account balances may be held pending successful KYC verification.
All transactions on the jilibe platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilibe supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be available and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. jilibe does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:
jilibe reserves the right to reverse deposits or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, money laundering indicators, or breach of these Terms. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
jilibe offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are disclosed at the time of offer. General bonus conditions include:
Players who attempt to abuse jilibe's bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or any other method intended to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
All games offered on the jilibe platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed results and the outcome recorded in jilibe's server logs, the server log record shall be the definitive and binding result.
jilibe's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past game results have no influence on future results.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection during gameplay, or any technical error that affects the integrity of a game result, jilibe reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's account. jilibe is not liable for any claimed losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibe platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

jilibe strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source minus any withdrawal fees. jilibe will not process any winnings accrued by an underage player.

All content on the jilibe platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of jilibe or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jilibe's platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jilibe content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of jilibe's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibe's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if jilibe has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jilibe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures.
jilibe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that any of the following applies:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures. jilibe will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from account termination in accordance with these terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jilibe's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players agree to first contact jilibe's support team to attempt resolution through jilibe's internal dispute process. jilibe aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
jilibe reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file or via a platform notification visible upon next login. Continued use of the jilibe platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
